Connell Brothers have been appointed to demolish the dilapidated Highways tower blocks and maisonettes in Killingbeck, Leeds. The specialist is now setting-up on the site ahead of a long-term demolition programme which is due to complete by next May. Connell Brothers is looking at using high reach equipment to remove each floor of the ten-storey tower blocks until the buildings are low enough for demolition by traditional excavators.
