Union Pacific operates major yards in Little Rock and Pine Bluff, along with a locomotive repair facility in North Little Rock. Food processing has a major footprint in Metro Little Rock.

Eligibility qualifications are different for rural and metro areas. Terms for both are normally 10-20 years and can finance up to 100 percent of the project costs.
