Businesses that request CAPCO investment funding must meet certain criteria and requirements set by the Alabama Development Office. Lenders negotiate their own fees and the USDA charges 2 percent of the guaranteed amount as a one-time fee. A business or portion of a business involved in the maintenance of aircraft is not eligible.
