I can have a relatively small project site survey but far from origin and end up with Revit using Auto - Center to Center to place it. If it is you need to reduce it so just the really relevant part of the site is what you import. Content and Software Developers. Site Information. Thats not really a problem though.

Linking building and site. This is the procedure we use for linking building and site. Link your building(s) into your new site model and adjust their elevation and orientation so they are properly located in the topography. While in your site model goto Tools. Save your site model. Surveys and Site Plans. Now lets say youve developed your site plan (with linked survey) and you want to export the data (including survey) back to DWG format.
