Revoking the Migratory Bird Treaty Act Incidental Take Rule, Once Again

That rule made changes to the enforcement of the MBTA to decriminalize incidental take of migratory birds and was widely supported by the solar panel industry and wind turbine businesses, with an effective date of February 8. Public comments must be received or postmarked on or before June 7, 2021.

OSHA extends record-keeping liability to five years

Under the new rule, records must be retained for five years, and a citation may be issued any time during that period, if those records are found to be out of compliance. Prepare and post the OSHA 300A Summary for each establishment in your company by February 1, 2017. Required records must be retained for five calendar years.
