Former Public Officials Indicted on Criminal Charges in Flint Water Crisis

But, again, the big news is that former Michigan Governor Rick Snyder and 8 other former officials were charged criminally.

OSHA Penalties to Increase Annually

OSHA penalties will increase for the first time since 1990, and are set to increase annually beginning August 1, 2016. The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 that President Obama signed into law on November 2, 2015 contains the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Improvements Act of 2015 which outlines the increases.

FTC Order Restricts use of “All Natural”

The Federal Trade Commission issued a summary decision against California Naturel, Inc., In a December 12, 2016 opinion , written by Chairwoman Edith Ramirez, the FTC describes how the company promotes its “all natural” sunscreen on its website as containing “only the purest, most luxurious and effective ingredients found in nature.”.
