The Concrete Polishing Council (CPC) of the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) defines polished concrete as “the act of changing a concrete floor surface, with or without surface exposure of aggregate, to achieve a specified level of appearance.”. The CPC chart includes the class definitions shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
