North Carolina, Colorado and Virginia topped the chart in BF’s flagship Economic Growth Potential ranking. Rogers noted that all three states have established highly diversified growth strategies and staked a claim to leadership in high-tech hubs. The center will ultimately employ up to 2,000 associates.
