Regulations. In an attempt to keep the roads safe, in 2012, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) passed a series of regulations surrounding commercial drivers and texting. Virgin Islands ban text messaging for all drivers.

It is, however, accepting that there is no one homogenous building type, a slightly more than 1% better energy impact for commercial building than the 2012 IECC.
