The OSH Act prohibits retaliation or discrimination against an employee participating in an OSHA inspection, including OSHA interviews. There may be defenses to the citations that you have not considered. Prior to that time, you may request an informal settlement conference with the OSHA Area Office to negotiate a settlement.
