The P3 project is a 50-year agreement between the Maryland Port Administration (MPA) and Ports America Chesapeake to lease and operate the 200-acre Seagirt Marine Terminal. The present effort in this part of the project is to develop 600 acres that will be the foundation of Virginia’s fourth, deep-water marine terminal. Johns River.
