Steve Beshear has announced that two companies, Indatus and Mocura , both under the ownership of ICIM Corporation, plan to move from New Albany, IN to new headquarters set up in Louisville. Renovation of the historic site, touted as the “Gateway to Whisky Row” is estimated to be completed by late December 2013.

Ford in June announced it will invest $900 million into its Kentucky Truck Plant (KTP) in Louisville to support production of the 2018 aluminum-alloy bodied Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition. The company’s lease of the Hackensack building expired on June 30th, 2017. The firm will spend $6.7 Peoria Innovation Center in P83.
