In December 2002, the former U.S. Naval Air Facility in Goodyear, now known as Phoenix/Goodyear Airport, was designated as an MRZ. Please Note: Feasibility Grants may be used in conjunction with Total Project Participation Grants. Currently there are two MRZs in Arizona. 50,000 (max.) for projects creating at least 100 jobs.
