In 2012 AIDT became a division of the Alabama Department of Commerce. Includes expenditures incurred for work performed after June 1, 2012 and before July 1, 2016. Naval Air Facility in Goodyear, now known as Phoenix/Goodyear Airport, was designated as an MRZ. The program has $18 million in funds as of October 2012.
