Construction officially started on the $600-million facility in April 2013 and aircraft assembly is planned to begin in 2015, with a targeted 2016 delivery of its first A320 jetliner. Its key feature is highly automated 30+ lane transfer zones and automated live e-gates. The cranes were also part of the agreement.
