Effective for facilities placed into service between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2019. Prevailing wage must be paid to workers involved in the construction or renovation. The credit is capped at the lesser of $15 million or 50% of costs to establish the facility. Fees: Pre-application fee ($1,500), issuer fee (0.25%).
