Alabama Infrastructure Grant Program: Funds are available to public entities for extension of water, sewer and road facilities to service new or expanding industries. Through December 31, 2020, the maximum credit is $5,000,000 for each tax year across all tax types. Sewer Lines, Sewage Treatment Facilities. Railroad Spurs.

ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. Eligible projects include adding or improving sanitary sewer systems, water systems, streets, roads, and storm sewers. Property taxes are forgiven for a period of time to allow the project to cash flow.
