The business must sign a job-creation agreement under the Advantage Arkansas program within 24 months of signing the Tax Back agreement. Must expand its labor force, make new capital investment, or prevent loss of employment.

JOB TRAINING PROGRAM: Originally set to expire in 2011, the Arizona Competitiveness Package extended the program an additional five years until December 31, 2016 and modified the definition of a “rural area.”. $25 New, full-time, permanent employees must be hired within 24 months of the date the financial agreement is signed.
