The Ben Franklin Technology Center of Central and Northern Pennsylvania was awarded a $750,000 Discovered in PA—Developed in PA (D2PA) grant to support the Shale Gas Innovation and Commercialization project. In November 2013, a new generation of biofuels debuted at this Penn Minnoco station in south Minneapolis.
