It is widely accepted that while a property owner owes a duty to exercise ordinary care to keep the premises in a reasonably safe condition, it is not the insurer of the invitee’s safety. All of this begs the question if a business owner’s premises liability insurance covers such claims? Other states have legislation pending.

The principal and interest on the bonds are paid solely from the funds derived from leasing or selling the facilities to the user company. The exceptions are for financial institutions, financial institution groups, and insurance companies that have a maximum business privilege tax of $3,000,000. The minimum tax is $100.
