Internal Revenue Code Credits Adopted by Reference (AS 43.20.021): Under Alaska’s blanket adoption of the IRC, taxpayers can claim all federal incentive credits. Additionally, the company must demonstrate that it can service the debt. This tax credit program was previously referred to as the Blue Collar Tax Credit.

Loan proceeds are to be used for working capital, inventory, equipment purchase, and real property improvements but cannot be used for refinancing of existing debt or outstanding debt payments.
