The program has two main incentives: A state income tax exemption for up to five years to individuals who move to a ROZs county from outside the state. SMALL ENTERPRISE GROWTH FUND (SEGF): Provides Maine companies and entrepreneurs access to patient sources of venture capital. There is a maximum investment of $1,000,000 per fund.
