Eisenhower System of Interstate and Defense Highways. Columbus, OH recently completed a cap over a portion of I-670, creating new space for innovative urban development. Thankfully, the need to defend the U.S. DOT for the removal of a 2/3-mile long stretch of the Inner Loop. The total cost of the project is $22 million.
