CHICAGO, Ill. -- Bridge work is completed and on time for the Norfolk Southern Railroad superstructure bridge project over the Olentangy River north of Delaware, Ohio by Illinois Constructors. Each track bridge required removal and was replaced during a seven-day track outage that was planned before the launch of the site work. .
