All preliminary work such as extending utilities, rail, water and sewer is complete at both sites which are “ready to go and ready to market.”. In addition, the company contracts with dozens of local farmers that grow the chickens for Tyson. They employ nearly 600 people at the processing plant, a hatchery and Feed Production facility.
