ENTERPRISE ZONE CREDIT: To stimulate growth in depressed areas of the state, Alabama offers certain tax credit incentives to business that locate or expand within a designated enterprise zone. ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities.
