Naval Air Facility in Goodyear, now known as Phoenix/Goodyear Airport, was designated as an MRZ. This program allows an approved business to offer an income tax credit to investors purchasing an equity investment in the business. In December 2002, the former U.S. Borrowers with over 500 employees are ineligible for this program.
