My first project was a Wind Turbine project in the mountains of West Virginia. Instead of priding ourselves on being rough and tumble, cowboys, or other construction stereotypes, the industry has really done a lot of reflection and has become a leader in the inclusion, diversity, and equity topics of the day. Fell into it.
