The cities of Fresno, Los Angeles, Santa Ana, San Francisco, Orange Cove, Parlier, and the counties of Imperial and Riverside have designated RCs, EZs or ECs. The major component of the program is a state tax credit equal to 25 percent of a qualifying gift to a community foundation.
