ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. The cities of Fresno, Los Angeles, Santa Ana, San Francisco, Orange Cove, Parlier, and the counties of Imperial and Riverside have designated RCs, EZs or ECs. Three of the nation’s 40 Renewal Community areas are in Alabama.
