ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. Eligibility qualifications are different for rural and metro areas. The income tax credit earned for in-house research and development may be used to offset 100 percent of the businesses’ state income tax liability.
