The principal and interest on the bonds are paid solely from the funds derived from leasing or selling the facilities to the user company.

In addition to rail access at the Port, service is available throughout the County, with direct access at several sites and industrial parks. Oswego County has Greenfield sites available that are ready to build on. Within the industrial parks, all sites have utilities and other necessary infrastructure in place.
