ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. Eligible projects include adding or improving sanitary sewer systems, water systems, streets, roads, and storm sewers. BUSINESS TAX CREDITS. IRBs allow fixed-rate financing for the life of the bond for the project.
