ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. Lenders negotiate their own fees and the USDA charges 2 percent of the guaranteed amount as a one-time fee. Eligible projects include adding or improving sanitary sewer systems, water systems, streets, roads, and storm sewers.
