As a designated Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), Oswego County is designed for the convenient and cost effective production of goods. 1,677 miles of class 1 railroads. There also is Arkansas’s state-of-the-art railroad infrastructure comprising three Class I systems: Union Pacific, BNSF Railway and Kansas City Southern Railway.
