In light of the SAO’s recent determination, MRSC has retracted a March 2011 “white paper” entitled On-Call (Task Order) Maintenance Contracts , which recommended best practices for on-call contracts, again mostly relating to prevailing wages. MRSC “White Paper” Retracted . Legislation to address this gap is needed.
