After several months of work, the Draft EIR for the Super Wal-Mart project is now complete and is currently being circulated for review. It is anticipated that the Draft EIR will be brought before the Planning Commission for certification in March 2013. Barstow Industrial Park.

If applying for a transferable credit certificate, no more than half the credit may be applied in a single calendar year. Program regulations are currently being drafted to include the expanded definition for “Advanced Manufacturers.”
