Union Pacific operates major yards in Little Rock and Pine Bluff, along with a locomotive repair facility in North Little Rock. If applying for a transferable credit certificate, no more than half the credit may be applied in a single calendar year. New, full-time, permanent employees must be hired within 24 months of the date the financial agreement is signed.
