Naval Air Facility in Goodyear, now known as Phoenix/Goodyear Airport, was designated as an MRZ. Program regulations are currently being drafted to include the expanded definition for “Advanced Manufacturers.” Property taxes are forgiven for a period of time to allow the project to cash flow.
