Several mid-rise residential projects currently under construction will more than quadruple the number of available units and triple the square footage of Passive buildings. And there is Cornell University’s 250 foot tall 26 story high rise under construction on Roosevelt Island that may be the tallest and biggest Passive building.

The largest project in the community’s history, the West Haymarket redevelopment project, was sup- ported financially by the Partnership through the passage of a bond issue that will construct a new 16,000-seat arena. The city has adopted three NH Economic Revitalization Zones, offering corporate tax credits to qualifying businesses.

Since last year, Cypress Creek Renewables has asked the North Carolina Utilities Commission for solar farm certificates to facilitate 15 projects worth more than $1.8 Cypress Creek currently has solar farms in operation or under construction in 15 states, including NY, TX, OR, MT, IN, GA, ID, SC and NC.
