ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. The COMMERCIAL FISHING AND AGRICULTURE BANK provides loans to fishing, tourism, natural resources and agriculture-based projects. Any unused credit may be carried forward for a period of nine years.
