It was slapped together of lumber and sheet metal over a concrete pad in the early 1920s. By the time Ralph Korte and his engineers read the papers in the manila folder, the facility belonged to Jefferson Smurfit, a cardboard manufacturer based in Dublin, Ireland. The papers inside a manila folder they handed Ralph proved it.
