On September 28, 2016, the County Executive of Montgomery County, Maryland submitted Executive Regulation 21-15, which adopts the International Green Construction Code 2012, to the County Council. What is proposed is the boldest adoption of the IgCC anywhere. Single family detached and townhomes are not proposed to be included.
