NJEDA approved a significant Grow NJ award of up to $39.5 Laurel, NJ. A Grow NJ incentive worth up to $12.7 headquarters.

Small Producer Credit (AS 43.55.024(c)): Credit of up to $12 million per year for taxpayers incurring eligible oil and gas lease expenditures in North Slope operations.

Loan proceeds are to be used for working capital, inventory, equipment purchase, and real property improvements but cannot be used for refinancing of existing debt or outstanding debt payments.
