ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. The COMMERCIAL FISHING AND AGRICULTURE BANK provides loans to fishing, tourism, natural resources and agriculture-based projects. The program ends December 2016. Terms are generally 10 years and low interest rates are fixed.
