Businesses that request CAPCO investment funding must meet certain criteria and requirements set by the Alabama Development Office. ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. Terms for both are normally 10-20 years and can finance up to 100 percent of the project costs.
