The capital credit is used only after all other deductions, losses or credits permitted under Titles 40 and 41 of the Code of Alabama 1975. NON-PROFIT INCENTIVES: Provides an incentive payment (payroll rebate) equal to 4 percent of the payroll of the new, full-time, permanent employees for a period of up to five years.
