Meeting once a week for an in-house Revit class has been very beneficial. Most beginners dont really know what questions to ask until they start using the software. We find that while we can download a lot of content from the internet we usually have to tweak (and sometimes completely rebuild) the family files to get them to coordinate with our in-house standards with the exception of content downloaded from some manufacturer websites which is what I think BIMWorld is driving toward.
