This isnt necessarily a bad habit as long as they are using detail lines and not model lines (detail lines are view specific but model lines will show up everywhere). The Revit 3D model is just a place to start. ArchiCAD vs Revit. Other BIM Software. Revit will start your drawings but you have to finish them.
