The first thing is I dont think the next big innovation will really be in what we might call the traditional "CAD (Computer Aided Design)" space. We have Autocad, we have Sketch-Up, we have Revit, and all the various permutations thereof. What am I interested in? Guess I need to get with the times( 3 )!). Unemployment?

In high school, I was interested in drafting and blueprints. Not in a bad way, just that as time evolves, I think executives and companies are going to have a better understanding of what it takes to do the detailing, drafting, modeling, and all the other BIM-related steps to complete a project. That was on January 10, 1999.
